Behind the business is Natalie, a Registered BAS Agent and Xero Certified Bookkeeper with over 20 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience.

After spending two decades helping businesses manage their finances, Natalie created The Ledger Lounge to provide a more personal approach to bookkeeping—one built on trust, reliability and genuine relationships.

She understands that most business owners didn't start their business because they love bookkeeping. They started it because they're passionate about what they do. That's why her focus is on keeping the numbers organized behind the scenes, giving clients the confidence to make informed decisions and the freedom to focus on running their business.

When she's not working with clients, Natalie enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, volunteering at her local school and supporting the small business community she loves being part of.
