The Welcome Process

We’ll guide you through providing access to Xero, MYOB or any other platforms we’ll be working with.

1. Complete Your Onboarding Form

Provide us with some key information about your business, systems and bookkeeping requirements.

2. Provide Software Access

We’ll review your current systems and identify any clean-up or process improvements required.

3. Upload Documents

Share any relevant financial information, payroll records or existing bookkeeping files.

4. We Review Your Setup

To ensure a smooth onboarding experience, please have the following information and documents ready where applicable.

  • Director/owner information

  • Business contact details

  • BAS/IAS history

  • Existing bookkeeping files

Financial Information


  • Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks access

  • Payroll platform access

  • POS/invoicing systems

  • ATO Portal Access

  • Finance agreements (if applicable)

Once you’re ready, complete the onboarding form and we’ll guide you through the remaining setup process.

Software Access Instructions

Below are simple step-by-step instructions for providing access to your accounting software and related systems.

    1. Log into your Xero account

    2. Go to Settings

    3. Select Users

    4. Click Invite a User

    5. Enter: natalie@theledgerlounge.com.au

    6. Select Adviser permissions

    7. Send invitation

    2. Navigate to Setup or User Access

    3. Add a new user

    4. Enter: natalie@theledgerlounge.com.au

    5. Assign appropriate access permissions

What Happens Next?

Once your onboarding form and access details have been submitted, we’ll review your current setup and identify any areas requiring attention.

From there, we’ll:

• Review your bookkeeping systems and workflows
• Identify any clean-up or reconciliation requirements
• Confirm payroll and BAS obligations
• Set up your ongoing bookkeeping processes
• Schedule your onboarding call

We’ll then guide you through the next steps and begin supporting your business moving forward.
